Earn 25% selling Bright products! Vendors of entire range, just rez and sell!
The Bright Corporation has been developing quality, professionally finished products since January 2007. They sell well in every market they reach, but given the enormous size of the grid we can't be everywhere. This dealership allows you to start your own shop - or expand the product range in your current shop - and earn 25% commission selling our products. You can see them yourself at the Bright Megashop and the Bright Adultshop, or online at brightcorporation.net.
1. Unpack the box into your inventory: it includes a range of vendors and a shop sign.
2. Rez a vendor. When it asks for Lindens permission, click 'Grant'.
NOTE: This permission is to pass on the other 75% of sales: you don't pay anything.
3. To resize, click and *hold* your mouse button on the Bright logo bottom left until you see...
"Long click! Within the next 30 seconds, please say '/123 2.5' to set the vendor's height to (say) 2.5 metres."
Then type '/123 2.5' (without the quotation marks) into chat to set the size to 2.5m.
There are nine 'multvendors', which can display multiple items. Each has a letter code (A, M, or P) and a number (1, 4 or 6). "A" means that the vendor contains *all* the Bright products, "M" means it contains only *mature* products, and "P" means it contains only *PG* products. The number indicates how many products it can display at once. So a "Bright Dealership (P4) vendor" displays 4 PG products at a time.
There is also a single-product vendor for each individual Bright product.
PLEASE NOTE: 'A' and 'M' multivendors (which contain adult products), or individual vendors for adult products, must *only* be rezzed in Adult areas. Rezzing them elsewhere breaches Second Life's 'Terms of Service'.
A1, M1 and P1: 3 prims.
A4, M4 and P4: 7 prims.
A6, M6 and P6: 9 prims.
Product vendors: 2 prims.
Let's say someone has just bought a product for $100.
You will instantly receive the payment: $100.
You will see two payments go out: $73 to Shan Bright, and $2 to the vendor company.
You will be left with $25 - 25% of the sale.
IMPORTANT: Join the "Bright Corporation Investors" group to receive information about new product releases, as well as receiving freebies and being entered for a monthly prize draw.
When we release new products, they will automatically appear on your multivendors. These never need updating.
If you want a single-product vendor for the new product, just collect the latest version of the dealership box from the Bright Megashop - we update it whenever we release new products.
Sure! You can buy things from your own vendors, or even just keep one at home or in your inventory to use as a shopping catalogue - letting you buy things without visiting our store! But sorry, no - you won't receive 25% commission for buying things from your own vendor :)
They are all copyable and you can rez as many as you like.
Please do! They are transferable, and you can give them to other people - but you will not receive the 25% commission on sales from vendors you have given away. It will go to the person you have given it to.
Note, though, that residents must have been online for at least one month to use our vendors.
